  • Products without original packaging, invoice, or accessories
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or mishandling
  • Custom-made or special order products
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)


2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  • Order ID and registered mobile/email
  • Reason for return or exchange

3. Pick-up & Reverse Shipping

  • For eligible returns, a pickup will be arranged by our courier partner.
  • Reverse shipping is free for damaged/defective items.
  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind), shipping charges may apply.


4. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, weโ€™ll initiate the refund:
  1. Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days
  2. COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer after verification
  • We do not offer refunds on shipping fees or installation costs


5. Exchange Process

If you request an exchange:

  • A replacement product will be shipped after the original item is received and verified.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a or refund.
