Return Eligibility
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return under the following conditions:
Return request must be made within [10] days of delivery.
Product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags & accessories.
Items purchased on discounted sale or customized orders are non-returnable.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within [10] working days:
- If paid online – Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- If paid via COD – Refund will be processed via bank transfer.
- Shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.
