Warranty Policy
1. Scope & Eligibility
Enicet Bathware warrants all Shower, Shower System Set, Basin Taps, Kitchen & Bathroom Taps, Black Collection, and Parts & Accessories to the original purchaser for household use at the installation location. It's non-transferable and applies only to products bought through our official website or authorized dealers.
2. Warranty Periods

3. Activation & Claim Process
Warranty starts from the invoice date. To claim:
- Provide purchase invoice, order ID, and registered mobile number.
- Submit clear photos/videos showing the issue via email or WhatsApp.
- Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
4. Resolution & Replacement
- We offer repair or replacement, not refunds.
- If a product is defective, we’ll replace it with the same model; if discontinued, a product of equal value at purchase time will be offered.
- Return couriers are at our cost; shipping of replacements is free.
- Labour, installation, and onsite service are not included, but technical assistance is available through video or voice guidance.
5. What’s Not Covered
The warranty excludes defects caused by:
- Improper installation or misuse (including hard water damage, corrosives, abrasives, unauthorized repairs).
- Unauthorized modifications or use of non-genuine parts.
- Normal wear & tear, including fading, rust, discoloration.
- Environmental/external factors such as natural disasters, pests, sewage-gas exposure.
- Lack of proper maintenance, debris buildup, or clogging.
- Consumables (washers, O-rings, rubber/plastic components).
- Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- original invoice/order ID and ensure proof of purchase.
- included instruction manual, observing manufacturer-specified water pressure and site conditions.
7. Liability Limitations
Enicet is only liable for repair or replacement of covered defects. We’re not responsible for:
- Labour, removal/reinstallation costs
- Consequential damages (property loss, downtime, etc.)
8. Dispute & Jurisdiction
- All disputes shall first go through mediation.
- Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Junagadh, India.
