1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional time; we’ll contact you with details.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We use trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post depending on your location and product type.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • A nominal shipping charge (₹49–₹149) may apply for orders below ₹999 or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, based on weight and location.


4. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
  • If your pin code is non-serviceable, our team will contact you for alternatives or refund.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
  • You can also track your order via the "Track My Order" section on our website.


6. Delays & Exceptions

ENICET is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Customer not available at time of delivery
  • Natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions


7. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order is damaged in transit or incomplete, please:

  • Take clear photos of the package and product.
  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or resolution as per our return policy.
